YEMENIYA 626
This accident occurred in 2009. Yemenia Flight 626 was an Airbus A310-324
that was flying from Sana'a in Yemen to Moroni in Comoros, Indian Ocean.
The plane crashed while approaching the airport - 152 passenger and crew
died.
The investigation determined that the accident was caused by the
inappropriate actions of the crew that led to a stall.
Again, language and assertiveness were contributing factors.
